I have been saying exactly the same things to anyone who will listen about the great equalizer that Pickleball is, and the ability to play with anyone of any age or any race, and not have politics enter into the equation at all. I like your take on the importance of intergenerational diversity, but I would point out that older folks tend to assume that the culture of their youthful years was better than today's culture. As a Gen X father, I've learned a ton from Gen Z. The bias is symmetric.
